The worst part of moving for me is living in the total chaos that comes along with it.
I hate living with stacks of boxes and empty shelves. I feel so uncomfortable in my apartment right now...
But!! We leave next week! a week from Thursday. Wow. I'm so excited. Everyday that goes by we just get closer and closer. It has been a bit stressful. Trying to squeeze in last minute visits and timing everything just right...
Right now, the thought of pulling into my driveway, at home, puts the biggest smile on my face. Wow. I can't wait.
On another note, I
got a ton of orders this weekend! I reached my 700th sale too! Woot woot! I was very very busy...Hope everyone had a good weekend and hope you have a great week too :D

I haven't moved since I got married, 20 years ago. The thought of moving is so scary!! We have accumulated so much "crap" in the last 20 years, I wouldn't even know where to begin!!

My family moved a few years ago(after 18 years in the same house) to a new house, 3 days before Christmas, and my father insisted we have everything unpacked and ready to host Christmas. So stressful! Good luck with your move!
oh lord. i've moved ummm. five times in less than 3 years. i wish i was kidding-- but between dorms and 6 month leases. wow. it's so tough. how is your little pup taking it?? i know it makes them a little nutty.

I can totally relate to your moving woes! Between the ages 22-25 I think I moved about every three to six months too. What a pain...
Thanks for asking about Chloe! I think she's doing pretty well. I've been keeping her on a pretty regular schedule of eating, playing, and walks, despite all the craziness. I think that helps out a lot. :)

we were in Portland all weekend... walked the Alberta neighborhood. I had never been there, loved it. Read this flyer about a place where you can learn letterpress. i just wanted to move too! to say nothing of all the yummy food we ate.
i forget when things are challenging that i have survived them before. it's like i lose my memory...

Congrats on the sales! I have moved so much in my life it is now in my blood, and I feel depressed if I stay in a place for too long. I have been in my current place for three years, the longest I have stayed in one place since high school! But, I agree, I hate packing and then realizing you still needed something you already packed etc...
