Coffee. Drawing. Coffee.

Hi!

What a great morning I had.

Michael and I biked over to North Portland for coffee, drawing, and talking with Michael and Mona of Tinymeat, and Mary of Lollytots. It was great! I'm really hoping we can keep it up on a weekly basis.

Other than that nothing too eventful...just paying bills and trying not to get too depressed about it. I'm going to be doing Last Thursday next week, so if you're in the neighborhood come check out the party on Alberta.

This weekend will be full of prepping panels, working in the yard, and trying to stay cool.
Hope everyone has a good weekend :)

I really like the coffee drawing. I understand about the money thing it's kinda scary and can be overwhelming at times. I'll keep my chin up about it too :) Have a good weekend.

hi Michele, writing you from Santa Cruz (at 2 wk. silkscreen workshop). Lots of talk here about surviving as an artist. In Santa Cruz they just finished this project called The Tannery (100 low income apt/studios for ARTISTS) next come studios artists can rent and a theater. they know how to do things...

love the sketchbook. drawing is the best.

I love seeing the inside of your sketch book! There's something magical about seeing part of the process. Thanks! :)
