Good Times

I discovered Pandora the other day.

I've known
about it for awhile...I just never thought I'd really be into it.
I w
as wrong. Very wrong.

I fricken love this website.

For someone who sits
and listens to music all day, this site is perfect. It's totally free and easy to sign up for. You just plug in a band, or a song, you'd like to hear, and it makes a play list/station for you. There are some commercials, but only about 1 every hour or so.

Tod
ay I've been reliving my past by listening to some of my favorite bands from when I was 15. Screeching Weasel, The Queers, Rancid, Minor Threat, all, and so many many more. I love it.
It's bring b
ack some really great memories for me.
Re
ally great memories.

If you'd like to check out my st
ations so far you can here.
Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Oh yes, I've been addicted to Pandora for a couple of years now and have found so much wonderful new music through that site.
Belated, I know, but welcome home from a fellow Etsy Portlander:-)

Well, thanks for the link. I don't know what's taken me so long to try pandora. I guess I thought my ancient computer wouldn't support it. But right now Regina Spektor is playing and I can already feel my blood pressure going down.

Ooohhhh...thanks for the link Desiree! :)

I'm glad other people have found Pandora, and I'm glad that some of you have now found it.

Sorry you can't listen to it outside the US Ching :( Maybe there is something comparable to it...

Had not heard of Pandora but now must look into it. I often make playlists of my faves on Playlist.com and for my blogs and then leave the blog page open to listen while I work. I love Internet radio/music--commercial free is the way to go.
