I was so wrapped up in feeling sorry for myself yesterday that I completely overlooked the fact that I was asked to be in a group show with Trish Grantham and Amy Ruppel! Woot woot!

Yeah that's pretty awesome actually. They have been two of my all time favorite artists for some time now, and I still can't believe that I am going to be in a group show with both of them.

On a more serious note, the Earthquake in Haiti on Tuesday, helped put some things into perspective today. I'm healthy, and my dog is healthy, and many many of my friends are healthy and alive. Things could be a lot worse than they are in my life right now. It's sad that it would take a natural disaster to put that into perspective for me...but maybe I already knew these things and Haiti just reminded me.

anyway, I hope you are safe and well.

Congrats on your show! Amy has been a long-time favorite of mine, too. Luckily I bought one of her paintings ages ago before she became super-famous!!! ;)

Your work is lovely!

I inclination not approve on it. I assume precise post. Especially the title attracted me to be familiar with the whole story.
