Tomorrow is my birthday and I'll be 30!
Wow. It's a bit weird.
When I was a teenager I thought being 30 was old. I thought I would have a husband, a career, a kid. I don't really have any of those, and I still feel like I'm 16 most of the time.
I have to say, I'm pretty happy, though. This last decade has brought a lot of ups and downs. I've learned a lot about myself, and a lot about other people.
I'm looking forward to what the next 10 years brings me. :)

Age is so odd. I'm heading to my 20 yr. class reunion this weekend. Yup! 20 years. I hardly believe it. I feel as if I'm still fresh out of High School yet here I am with a High School student myself!

30 is a wonderful age. I'll be 50 next month and I have to say you're entering a fabulous decade. You're so talented...I wish you much success and happiness tomorrow and always!

Happy Birthday Michele! I'm with you on the 30s being great. I never feared them... welcomed them in fact. I learned so much about who I was in my 20s that I have a new-found confidence in this decade. It's heavenly... really! I always tell myself, "everything I've been through - good and bad - got me to this point, right here, right now. And I'm happy. I love me."

I always felt like 30 was so old too, but now...not so much. I'm thankful i'm not where i always thought i was "supposed" to be...
well....a little more income would be nice, but i'm thankful i'm not married with children. :D

I turned 28 this year, and I have felt old since I turned 25. lol Luckily, I haven't felt lacking though. Like you, I find that nothing goes as I'd always imagined, but I think I'm exactly where I should be and I'm happy.
