Little Things

Today the sun is shinning. Yay!

I went for a run. I cleaned my house. I posted a new painting on Etsy. I rode my bike to deliver cards to a nearby boutique. All of these things make me so happy.

The little boutique that now sells my cards is called Frock. It's located on 14th and Alberta. If you're in the Portland area, you should stop in. It's super cute and it's run by very nice ladies. For the record, selling my work at local shops, run by women, also makes me very happy.

Winter

It's been so cold here! It snowed a bit yesterday, and this morning. My morning run today was a bit slippery, so I didn't get very far...

We haven't really left the house in a couple of days. We've been doing a lot of cooking and reading. I've been messing around with paint, paper and pencil. I'm not really sure what I'm doing, but I'm trying not to think about it too much. I'm trying to just let go a bit and do what comes naturally.

I also managed to get this deer painting listed on Etsy. Not really sure how I feel about it. I like it, I just feel like it seems out of place. But, maybe that's a good thing. Branching out, expanding and experimenting are all good things to do. So, I'm going to continue in that direction.
