Remembering

Every year on this day we remember what happened on September 11th. We remember where we were and who we were with. We remember those who left for work, or got onto a plane, never to come home.

It's a sad day to remember, but it reminds us of the great people we have in our lives. It help us feel grateful for our own lives and what we have.

I will hug my boyfriend and my little dog a little tighter today..

It's hard not to think about what happened on this day 7 years ago.
We all have stories about where we were when we heard the news.

Thinking about it today puts some things in perspective for me a little bit today...
