Today...

I needed to read this.

"Think , dear friend, reflect on the world that you carry within yourself. And name this thinking what you wish. It might be recollections of your childhood or yearning for your own future. Just be sure that you observe carefully what wells up within you and place that above everything that you notice around you. Your innermost happening is worth all your love. You must somehow work on that."

-Ranier Maria Rilke

Very inspirational, the quote and the picture, which is the perfect artist's studio, a working studio!

So beautiful, the quote, your studio space, all the paper, it's the perfect archaeological dig, what was going on in this artist's mind at this moment? I really enjoy reading your blog Michele. Thanks for putting yourself out there.

Your blog name is much more creative!
Really, really dig that chair painting. Keep up the great work.
