Getting so Close!
It feels like home is getting closer and closer!
We have 8 weeks and four days until Michael graduates.
So close!
It's beginning to feel more like Spring outside too.
Today is nice and sunny and right now it's about 36 degrees which actually feels warm to me now. after three months of below freezing temperatures, anything above freezing feels warm!
Oh! I did a little painting for Jen over at Indie Fixx, so if you would like to download some free art, head over there! There are some really wonderful artists to check out too.
Jessica Gonacha
Samantha Hahn

and me!!
The idea is to continue to share art even though the economy is so bad right now. Just because everyone struggling, doesn't mean they should be deprived of pretty things to hang in their homes :) I like that idea.
anyway, I hope everyone is having a good Wednesday!
Don't forget to leave a comment in the post below to enter to win a free 5x7" Water tower print!
I'll be picking the winner tomorrow night, so there is still time!

I too think it is a good thing to share art in that way... especially now when things are so tight for people, it doesn't take much.
8 weeks that is exciting... have you got a place to move into in Portland?
Is Portland where you were born or is your adopted home?
I absolutely LOVE your art! I was perusing Etsy and found your blog!
Totally agree about sharing art.....thinking outwards and abundance rather than inwards and tightfisted...Love your multilayered drawing and painting.... delicious
That is awesome, Michele! I haven't printed out my free print yet, but it will be soon hanging on the wall in my Michele Maule collection ^V^
I have had the best time exploring your site.. thanks for the inspiration
Katherine-
Portland is my adopted home.
I lived there for 11 years before moving to Michigan.
Michael and I do have a house there...and I can't wait to get back to it :)
hi michelle
thanks so much for your free artwork!
i am looking at it right now, on the wall next to my desk and computer :)
it makes me feel happy on this grey melbourne day :)
I have printed off a couple of copies of your beautiful painting and just had to come over here and Thank You! for the gift. I love to send cards to people, so I printed off a couple and am tucking them into the card. Thank you again.
