I'm Too Punk to Go to Parties

I've been doing a lot of packing the last couple of days.
Organizing and packing.

I found this quote in a school days memory book my mom got me.
It asked me what my favorite parties were while I was in the 10th grade.
My answer was, "I'm to punk to go to parties."
Haha!

I've been going through quite a bit of old things lately.
Things that I've kept for a very very long time.

Some of it is stuff that I don't know why I still have, and some of it is stuff that I am so glad I kept. It's amazing how I can totally get lost, and forget what time it is, going through some of these things. It's really slowed down my packing process.

all of these things have made me remember some really great memories, and not so great ones. They've made me think of some people, how much I miss some of them, and others, not so much.

It's been quite a process, one that's not quite over. We've still got roughly about 2 weeks to go. Well, back to it I suppose. Hope everyone's Tuesday is going well :)

Wow! I remember when you were measuring in months! Time has flown by this spring hasn't it! Good luck and lots of energy for your organizing and packing. :)

I can't believe it is only two weeks to go!!!

It is so easy to get caught up in all those memories...

I know what you mean about getting caught up in memories. I have a hard time letting go of sentimental stuff (my husband calls me a squirrel!). We're moving in a couple weeks, too, and last night I found my pair of Birkenstocks that I wore traveling through Europe with friends 9 years ago. They still fit, but I haven't worn them in years. I couldn't part with them just yet.
