Oh, my, it's so dark and rainy today. a good day for staying indoors and listing new items in my Etsy shop. although, not the best day for taking photos for my items. I'm going to need to re-shoot them, but at least they're up and ready to go. I feel good about that.
I listed my newest Portland postcard and also one of the small paintings from the Tilde show last month. I think the postcard really sums up the weather we're having today...

Tiny Pieces
We got quite a bit of snow last night around 9pm.I tried to get a picture of it, but the light was just too low. It was so lovely. The whole neighborhood was quiet and still. It was beautiful.
This morning is a different story. It started raining at about 4am and now everything is a big sloppy mess.
So instead of playing outside in the snow, I opted for listing one of my newest in my Etsy shop. :)

Mark Your Calendars!

I'm going to have a sale!
Yes, this Saturday December 2oth I will have a special section in my Etsy shop with items 20-50% off. Yay! I want to make some room in my shop for the new items I'll be adding in January.
Also, if you live in the Detroit area you should check out the Detroit Sounds and Spirits show!
There will be two stages with bands playing your favorite Christmas songs along with their very own. Also, I will be there along with Comfortably Lovely, City Bird, and a few others, selling some last minute Christmas gifts :) It's $15.00 at the door, and all proceeds go to the Detroit Coalition of Temporary Shelter.
An organization that provides emergency shelter and transitional housing for single men, women and families with children who need assistance in becoming economically self-sufficient.
The Magic Stick
December 19th
$15.00
Yup!
Lots of snow today. I think we got about 4" last night.
I think I can safely say that if I never have to drive in snow again, I can die a happy woman.
I can't believe that Christmas Eve is a week away! Wow. There are lots of presents under the tree for me, and I can't wait to open them. yay! I love presents.
That's about it!
Hope everyone is having a good Wednesday.

Nice Long Weekend

I hope everyone had a nice long weekend.
I did :)
I got all my Christmas decorations up, so my apartment is looking very festive.
Not a lot going on today.
I painted this painting for the Heart Hand Made Holiday Zine, and you can now download it for free! It's small, 4x6" but I am going to be carrying an 8x10" in my shop. Hopefully by the end of the week!
Speaking of my Etsy shop, today is the last day for free shipping! Anywhere in the world :)
Hope everyone is having a good Monday!

So Very Sleepy...

I feel so tired...
Not really in the mood for writing.
Chloe has really stinky farts right now...yuck. I wonder if dogs are embarrassed of tooting.
Lucy, my neighbors Bulldog is embarrassed to poo in front if people. She goes way out, and turns around so you can't see.
Anyway, it's freakin cold out. The low is going to be 19 degrees tonight. Ouch. I am so glad I have a nice toasty apartment, and that I am not homeless.
There is 10 inches of snow on the ground right now. I just want to hibernate until March. I wish I was a bear, or possibly a squirrel or something that hibernates all winter.
Oh!
I got the best feedback ever today on my Etsy! She's a wonderful artist and customer! Her name is Megan Chapman. I'll do a special post later about her. I have to get Chloe's Dinner ready, and mine too. I think I'll attempt chicken tacos tonight. Mike's mom sent us a three pack of Tillimook cheese this weekend! One of the flavors is Pepper Jack. I am personally not a huge fam of pepper jack, but Tillimook has THE best. I still can't believe you can't get Tillimook cheese here. Well, actually I can...
Here's a picture of lemons. Lemons remind me of Southern California, warm weather, and Kim's back yard when we were in high school.
Alright. Happy Monday!
