Work Work Work

I have been working quite a bit lately.

It's good. It's great. I should be working now.
Actually I should be taking my neighbor's dog out right now, but I wanted to make a quick blog before I do.

So here are some of the paintings I have been working on for my show in April at the Fresh Pot.
I'm excited. They are all things you see in the Portland city landscape. All things I miss seeing on a daily basis. Water towers, bridges, stuff.

The two typewriter paintings are pretty much spoken for. I just wanted to post them because they look so pretty. I thought I would post a picture of my actual type writer too. The best five dollars I think I ever spent. Anyway, Lucy (my neighbor's dog) is probably wondering where I am...so I should go. Happy Tuesday peeps!

That was the worst sentance ever..need more coffee.

I forgot you were near Cranbrook...are you in school there? My friend Matt is in the MFA print program there.....haven't spoken with him in a bit...let me know if you ever cross paths!

Hi! Just had to say that I adore these water tower paintings. They're really gorgeous. And so much more attractive that the water towers that we have here in Australia!!

This is my first visit to your blog. And I found myself needing to click through right from the start, but I had to stop and comment on this post.

I should be drawing right now. That was my plan for tonight, but now I am strangely distracted ;)
