Technology

Sometimes technology = poop.
My friend JC would be laughing at me right now asking me if I was in the third grade with that statement....but it's true!!

I had all these great pictures I was going to post, but the stupid camera didn't transfer them, or the computer ate them, or something. I don't know...

Anyway. Had a great day. Lots of work done, and I am almost done with homework. God. I am seriously going out and partying after this class. With all the hundreds of friends I have :)

Just to give you an idea of what I am doing, here is a small explanation. I am painting 3" X 4" geometric gouache paintings. They have to be very precise and clean. So I have to scotch tape all of my lines, mix my paint, paint, wait for it to dry, then repeat a hundred times. One painting seriously takes me 3-4 hours. God, I just want to poke my eyes out, or drink a six pack, when I am finished with one...I can only do one a day.

I had a picture of one...but...never mind. I don't want to get into it.

So yeah.
Here is a picture of myself on vacation last year in San Diego. This is what I will be doing in just 10 days! Whoohoo!

Hi Michele,

My paintings from you were waiting for me when I got home yesterday. I love both of them and Ginger thought they were wonderful. I can't wait to go to the frame place in Eugene where they make lots of small frames out of scraps (really nice little frames) and pick out frames for them.
Thank you for your thoughtfulness. I love my new art!

You look so cute in your pink pajama pants! That last pic of Chloe in her little blue jacket is just adorable too. I like her tongue sticking out.:)

It's so great to "meet" you. I've really enjoyed reading your blog, and seeing your darling, Chloe! As a lover of Boston Terriers everywhere, let me just tell you how gorgeous that little girl is!!!

I also love your art. I'm going to check out your shop, and I'd love to feature you and link to your blog from mine.

Best wishes, and I look forward to reading more!
